The Bi-County Teen Health Summit: Your TODAY Matters, a conference for minority teens underscoring the importance of self-esteem, developing life plans, and delaying pregnancy. The summit will be held June 9, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Life Center, 5610 Linda Lane, Camp Springs, MD 20748.

The Montgomery Infant Mortality Reduction Pilot Program's "Healthy Babies Begins With A Healthy You (HBHY)" and Prince George’s County Healthy Women. Healthy Lives. are coordinating this summit to foster community partnerships and provide networking opportunities among stakeholders, advocates, and residents. The goal of this all-day event is to educate and empower teens from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds on the critical role they play in managing their health and discuss the proactive steps they can take now to improve their health into adulthood.
